Message from Alexandra Nannicola, Central Principal update: 2013-11-04
Welcome Parents and Community Members to Central Elementary.Welcome to Champion Central Elementary School, where our students are destined for amazing things. It is our goal to continue the tradition of excellence during your childís educational journey as a 21st Century Learner. The gifts and talents of our students combined with the dedication and passion of the Central staff allows us to strive for high quality educational experiences, along with building strong community-school relationships.
We will continue to focus on maintaining a safe and orderly environment in our school; providing intervention and enrichment experiences for our children; and engaging them in complex reading and writing tasks that will prepare them to compete across the globe. Our teachers will be focusing on instructional approaches that will inspire our children to value learning, think and respond critically and creatively, and develop innovative solutions and products.
We ask that you be prepared to partner with us in increasing the academic progress of your child as we transition into using the Common Core and Revised Ohio Standards. As always, feel free to contact us or stop in. We would love to see you!
