Champion Local Schools


OUR MISSION at Champion Local Schools will prepare students to meet, to the best of their abilities, the needs of the global society: to continue learning, communicate clearly, think critically, solve problems, use information and technology effectively, demonstrate effective social skills, and expand individual creativity.

The Champion Local School District consists of three (3) schools: elementary, middle school and high school. We have an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students:


Champion High School (9-12)

Approximately 401 students

95% Graduation Rate

U.S. News and World Report 2016 recognizes Champion High School as one of the State’s Best

Champion High School 2016 BRONZE AWARD for high achievement



Champion Middle School (5-8)

Approximately 419 students

Champion Middle School is a two time winner of OAESA’s Hall of Fame Award.  Most recently, 2017.

Champion Central Elem(PK-4)

Approximately 497 students
